If there is an error in your completed order or you need to cancel, please contact us immediately by phone (Not answerphone), email or fax, giving your name address, order number, order date and a valid contact email address or phone number. 
We value your custom, but you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of your contact information and the contents of your order.

Customers using a Credit card or Paypal will receive an order confirmation from Custom Cruisers Ltd and a payment transaction receipt from Worldpay or Paypal.

If the order is cancelled or abandoned before card payment details are processed, you may still receive an order confirmation, but unless it is accompanied by a Worldpay or Paypal receipt the order will not be processed.
